A Historic Triumph on the Court!

It was a historic debut in the GPSL for both the U11 co-ed and U13 girls basketball teams, and they rose to the occasion in remarkable fashion.

 Despite it being their first time competing at this level, both teams showed determination, discipline, and heart, successfully securing spots in the playoffs. The U13 girls delivered an outstanding performance throughout the competition, earning a direct ticket to the finals where they faced Kigali Christian School (KCS). The atmosphere was intense, with nerves running high, but the girls displayed incredible composure. Calm, focused, and ruthless in execution, they dominated the game tremendously and proudly lifted their very first trophy.

The U11 co-ed team’s journey was just as inspiring, marked by resilience and grit. To reach the finals, they first had to overcome La Colombière (LCS) in a hard-fought semifinal match that tested their character. Rising to the challenge, they secured their place in the grand final against Green Hills Academy (GHA). Fueled by rhythm, teamwork, and an undeniable hunger to win, they gave everything on the court. Their efforts paid off as they emerged victorious, earning a well-deserved trophy and making their first GPSL appearance truly unforgettable.
