As a bilingual school, PTS ensures students learn French and English. This serves to pass the Cambridge and DELF external examinations.
Students who join the school with a weakness in one of the two languages are enrolled in an intervention program. The objective of this program is to allow the new student to catch up with the level of the class.
Through a full-year program, students will work on reading comprehension, speaking, and writing.
Develop strong reading skills through guided practice, vocabulary building, and text analysis to understand written content effectively.
Build confidence in oral communication through conversational practice, pronunciation exercises, and interactive speaking activities.
Master written expression through structured exercises, grammar practice, and creative writing assignments in both languages.
Comprehensive French instruction preparing students for the DELF (Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française) external examination.
Thorough English education aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards, forming the foundation of our academic program.
In the case of a student joining the school who does not speak any of the two languages of instruction, the priority will be given to English intervention, as it is the biggest part of our curriculum.
Most of the time, after benefiting from the intervention program, students can follow their normal language classes.
